Paid for 4 tickets for a January concert that got cancelled and rescheduled for February which was also cancelled. Requested a refund if my $350 payment, no response Several texts messages sent.

Finally got a phone number and it was a sales department offering free medical device and review of my healthcare.

What does any of that have to do with my refund. Its may 39th no resolution in site

No one is answering, no one is responding my emails, it is very frustrating when you dont get your money back.

My account was deleted, and I don't know who paid and who didn't. I asked three times on the chatbot to be called, but nobody did.

If I could give zero as my review, I would! I was charged $125 per ticket when the ticket price listed was $25!

I was told the seller can change the price when wanted! I would never have purchased tickets that are $20–25 for $125! And the only thing that could be done for me was a refund of $50. I should have paid maybe $200 with taxes and fees, but no, I have paid almost $800!

This should be illegal! Absolutely disgusted by the service.
