Eventbrite

I have been invited to view ticket sale but I need the password and to be added as an organizer. I need to see the reports .

I was told their is a waiting list even tho tickets was purchased in advance and there's a chance I can't get into the event.

We went to a drag show that was not a show. A bunch of men dressed up dancing through the audience asking for money.

One performer had BO/Urine smell so bad Every time he went in front of us with a hat to contribute was just awful.

We left in the middle of third guy. None of the performers knew the words to any of the lip sync.

I'm furious. I've been dealing with this for the moments today, trying to get an email or a phone number to them, and finally got a hold of somebody who did the exact same thing that the AI chat did.

The lady was completely ignorant to protocol when it comes to somebody being owed money, and they were like, 'Oh, if you log in.' I said, 'Do you realize that you told me to go to my account? Do you realize that you told me to go through these files? How could I have done all of that if I wasn't logged in?' You're just trying to recycle what you're saying.

That doesn't make it go away, the fact that I'm owed this money from my account. I put my bank account information in.

I set up a page for my brand and then created 2 events through that "organization" page. When i return to the site I could no longer see the organization page.

Attempts to call and get help lead nowhere.

Spoke to secretary of the sales team who literally said "no support for creators".

Eventbrite showed up on my social media feed so I commented with my experience. When i sat at my computer a little later my events were already on my screen. I figure their social media team messaged someone who fixed the issue.

Thought the problem was solved but when I had to log back in my organization page and the events dissapeared.

I dont know who is buying tickets.

I have called 877-620-**** about 15 times and it hangfs up after a few minutes on hold. Every time.

Is the event may 3 like I paid for ? The ticket says may 3 but when I click on ticket , it says sometime in June !!

It's may 3 , we've driven over 250 miles & no event ! I want re embracement for our tickets , motel room & gas !

I set up a global event posting in several locations across the world. I double-checked to make sure all the time zones and times were correct. Three things happened:

- When I look at the events I created, they show that everything is listed in the correct time zones. However, when I look at them publicly, they appear at different times. Even though when I click on the event, it's correct again.

- Even though the events are supposed to be happening right now, and I double-checked, Eventbrite is still saying it's upcoming.

- I linked my Zoom account to the events, which worked fine during the setup and saved the event. However, now when I check it, I received a notification that Zoom doesn't work for recurring events.

I tried calling Eventbrite and none of the numbers work.

It's been almost half an hour since my event was supposed to start and no one is able to connect. (I can't find messages from attendees either to assist them.)

It took me a long time to post all these events. I'm very frustrated and I've also disappointed the women who set time aside to attend this valuable global leadership roundtable event I'm hosting.

Purchased tickets, didnt receive confirmation email. In addition, the tickets were not in my account.

Unable to talk to talk to supervisor very unprofessional and unable to buy tickets over the phone. Need to change these things

Was sent the wrong QR code for tickets and have been trying to get to someone to fix it. Its all automated and the only person I did get said they couldnt help and hung up on me. This is a really bad company if you need emediate assistance on your purchase

LBought ticket on Eventbrite and the ticket is not through AXS and is fake. No way to contact company.

Requested refund event not as described and impossible to get a response from anyone. Was not the pop up experience they expressed in the as they ran.

I bought a ticket for an event months ago with Eventbrite, scheduled for this Friday, only to find out it was cancelled two days ago by Eventbrite without my consent. I would like to have my ticket.

Charges were put on my credit card that are not mine! I want them removed! I don't even know what they are, therefore please help me with this action!
