I bought tickets for an event (Australia) The main artist didn't perform, but the event still occurred. I was only going to go to this event because of this artist.
I knew the organizer, and he said we could get a refund when I spoke to him.
I have been waiting since approx Dec 2023 for a resolution.
The organizer kept promising he would refund me,but hasnt. Hes just given me a million of excuses. Then he said Eventbrite will do it. I have lodged a review with Eventbrite, and till now (March 2024) it is still "pending".
Hard to find a person to speak to on the phone.
The number I find is only for those organizers that want to host an event!
Very difficult to deal with. Customer Service is non existent.
